Occasional Babysitter Needed For 2 Year Old In Norfolk

A nervous mama looking for some amazing care for our 2-year-old for occasional appointments and random errands/dates. Would like to meet a few times and have shorter "test" dates before our larger doctor's appointment in about 6-8 weeks to make sure the fit is good. Our son does not speak yet but knows a few ASL signs. He loves to read books and play on his swing in the backyard. He tends to be shy at first but he's better if you're in his space with him. He needs some more socialization! 1 very friendly dog and 2 cats in the home. Must have reliable transportation. References appreciated! Thank you all!
