We are looking for an experienced part-time nanny/housekeeper for a Navy family with one5-year-old kindergartener (E) in the Newport News area. The nanny/housekeeper is in charge of: helping E get ready for school in the mornings and packing her breakfast and lunch; helping E with homework from private tutoring sessions; getting E ready for bed in accordance with her schedule; light meal prep for the house; laundry; and housecleaning. The ideal candidate must be able to work Wednesday afternoons, and Thursday and Friday mornings and evenings. The nanny/housekeeper must arrive no later than 5:30am, since the parent must report to base at 7:30 a.m. The ideal candidate must be available to be on-call for two Saturdays per month for additional babysitting services, at which time, plenty of notice will be given.
