Nanny For Cheerful 1-year-old

Family of 4 seeking a full-time, day-time nanny for our almost 1-year-old son, M-F (some flexibility in exact hours). We also would like care for our 3-year-old son on the occasional days when his daycare is closed (and we would pay a two-child rate on those days). Our preferred start would be early to mid-May but have some flexibility for the right fit with our family. Our almost 1-year-old son is a very cheerful, smiley boy who loves music, peek-a-boo, animal sounds, and mirrors. He is currently crawling fast, pulling to stand, and lightly cruising. Our 3-year-old son loves books, cars, gymnastics, and building things. He's a great conversationalist for a 3-year-old and is warm and engaging.
