Care will primarily be for my 2 y/o son, and my 4. 5 y/o son will join on school holidays and for summer! We have 3 dogs, and we would love someone who is willing to occasionally walk or play with the dogs during naptime. Mom and dad both work from home, too. The right childminder will be energetic, active, love the outdoors, and willing to indulge curiosity as much as is safely possible! Someone who is also mindful of milestones like speech, and incorporates that into play will be highly valued. Moderately flexible on hours and pay, and experience and long term commitment level may influence that. LT goal is someone who can commit through the summer into Sept-Oct 2026 but definitely willing to consider other timelines as well!
