Personal Care Attendant For Special Needs Child

Currently seeking a personal care attendant for a special needs child. Candidates should be CPR/FA certified and will be required to pass a background check through DSS and VA State Police prior to employment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Compensation is set through VA Medicaid at $13. 88/hr and candidates must clock in and out on a mobile device with location services turned on for location tracking. Candidate should have a flexible schedule as morning, afternoons, and evenings are required. Client is nonverbal and communicates through an AAC device and requires constant monitoring due to risk for potential seizures and risk for personal harm. Supports are required in all aspects of daily living including dressing, bathing, toileting, eating, and ambulation. Extensive training provided.
