We're looking for someone to start in January and stay with us long term. Our baby will be around 3 months old when we return to work. We're looking for someone able to watch her in our home and not take on any other clients on the days while watching her - devoting your attention to her development & schedule. Our needs will rotate weekly. One week needing help Monday and Tuesday (maybe Friday very rarely) and the following week Wednesday and Thursday. The majority of the time we will need help probably 10 hrs a day, but some days might need 12 hr help. We also have 2 dogs and 2 cats which you won't need to do anything with, just a heads up in case you're not a pet person.
