About the job
The youngest kids are boys so they need a lot of the attention. They are busy and need age appropriate activities planned when they are at home. Someone who has experience with that would be ideal. We dont like them using screens so actually doing crafts or playing. They both go to school. The younger boy gets home at 1:30 and the older boy gets home at 2:45. The girls dont get home until 3:45. Would need help with the boys in the afternoon and some light driving to activities would be expected. We also travel as a family and would need someone that can travel with us sometimes. A couple weekend days or evenings might be needed each month.
