We are a busy family near McLean, VA with two young children (3 mo & 1 yr) seeking a RELIABLE, experienced full-time nanny and household manager. One parent works outside the home M-F, the other hybrid. We need someone confident caring for two under two, bottles, naps, meals, and playtime, while keeping the household running smoothly. Hours: 7 AM-5 p.m. (open to a 9-hour schedule if household tasks are covered) Top priorities: safety, reliability, and consistency. The right fit is dependable, proactive, and calm. Requirements: 5+ yrs full-time nanny experience (infants/toddlers) Infant & Toddler CPR/First Aid Valid driver's license; clean record Current flu & DTaP vaccines Pass a background check Comfortable in a smoke-free home with two friendly (but vocal) dogs. *Will be asked to complete a short questionnaire before interview
