I'm heading back to work so our family needs a reliable and nurturing nanny/family assistant to help care for our energetic and social 7-year-old son. Schedule -Mondays & Tuesdays (3-6 PM) on school days -Occasional full days (10AM-6PM) on Mon/Tues/Fri for school closures (pre-planned) or illness (short notice) paid hourly Duties: Pick up from bus stop, help with after-school routine (homework, playtime, dinner, shower), and keep things calm and structured. Before pickup, help with light errands or house tasks (laundry folding, dishwasher, grocery run). Prepare simple meals/snacks and tidy play areas. On full days for illness or school closures, plan engaging, age-appropriate activities (reading, crafts, games, outdoor play).
