We are a big, Catholic homeschooling family with six kids (8, 6, 5, 3, 2, 10m) and a baby due in March. Our home is busy, loving, and full of activity. I’m home and need another set of hands with the younger children during school time, plus help with snacks, naps, light tidying, and busy transitions. You’ll often play with toddlers, go outside, and help keep the day flowing. Flexibility, patience, and clear communication are important. We value traditional, conservative family values and are intentional about influences in our home. My husband travels one weekend a month, so occasional weekend help is appreciated. We’re looking for someone calm, confident, kind, and engaged—not sitting on their phone—who can support our family rhythm and enjoy making meaningful moments with active, imaginative kids.
