Keswick Family Seeking Experienced Infant Nanny

We are first-time parents in Keswick, VA, looking for a warm, experienced nanny to care for our happy 5-month-old daughter from Nov 17 to Jan 1 (with the possibility to extend). Hours: Mon-Fri, 11:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. We both work remotely and follow a fact-based, Montessori-inspired approach that values gentle structure, curiosity, and play. We are seeking someone who's kind, safety-focused, and genuinely loves engaging with infants through songs, reading, and outdoor walks. Duties include attentive care, bottles, naps, light baby laundry, and tidying baby areas. Prior infant experience required; CPR/First Aid preferred. No pets, non-smoking home.
