We're looking for an ongoing afternoon nanny to help with our 4. 5-year-old daughter. * we also have 2 older labs so much love dogs! About our kiddo: Bright, friendly, outgoing, energetic; loves imaginative play, cooking, arts/crafts, outdoors, puzzles, reading. Identified as gifted learner with ADHD. Core responsibilities: Plan and lead fun, educational activities (crafts, pre-reading, handwriting/tracing, puzzles, open-ended projects). Support routines and home rules (potty schedule, clean-up after activities, minding manners). Prepare snacks, tidy kitchen and play areas. Light household help: unload/load dishwasher, wipe counters, clean out and put away lunchbox from school, manage any kid-related tidying. Looking for roughly 3 days/week of after school help, plus option to add on hours for more hrs/weekends
