In Search Of Warm Caregiver For A 4 And 2 Year Old, Help With Routines And Transport!

Hi! My name is Hailey and I am looking for some help caring for my 4 and 2-year-old girls. I am a nurse working at the children's hospital and have a very flexible schedule. Ideally, I would like to work 1 day a week, occasionally 2 days. Hoping for Tuesdays and Fridays preferably. Mondays could also be an option. The girls are in a preschool from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. The 4yo is there M-F and the 2 yo M - Th. Because I have to leave early in the morning, I need someone who can come to our home, get the girls fed breakfast and ready for school, then drop them off at 9 a.m. The school is about 6 minutes from our house and we live very close to University of Richmond. I would then need help getting them picked up from school at 1 p.m. and home, staying with them until I get home from work. This could be a great fit for a college student or someone who has some flexibility in their schedule. While the girls are in school from 9-1 would be happy to speak about tasks that could be done around the house or would be willing to pay an "on call" (probably half the hourly rate) so you could do your own thing. Would just have to be available if one of the girls had to be picked up from school early for some reason. Happy to discuss more if this seems like a good fit!
