Summer Helper/Nanny For My Teenagers

We are a family of 4 including 2 working parents, and 2 teenagers, living in Henrico. We are looking to hire someone to help supervise my 15-year-old son, including driving him to his activities. We also have a 19 yo daughter who is largely self-sufficient but who will be home this summer too. Mom works from home in a dedicated home office. So, Mom will be home and available as needed. Responsibilities include: -Driving one or both teens to their activities. We provide a safe, reliable car to use. -Helping my son stay on schedule and structuring his day. -Some meal picks up and/or grocery shopping while teens are busy. -Very light general tidying up at home. We hire a cleaning service who does the main cleaning. This is just general keeping order and pick up. We provide a safe, happy home to work in.
