Must be willing to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment where the child can learn and grow. Job Responsibilities: The primary focus of this role is the safety, well-being, and development of the toddler. = Provide attentive, nurturing, and reliable care in our home. = Plan and lead age-appropriate, engaging activities and games (e. g., arts and crafts, reading, indoor/outdoor play), with limited to no screen time. = Manage toddler's daily routines, including structured nap times, feeding schedules, and hygiene (diapering/potty training assistance, hand washing, etc.). = Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the toddler. = Perform light housekeeping duties related to the child, including tidying up play areas/bedroom, washing dishes/bottles, and the child's laundry. = Maintain open and consistent communication with parents regarding daily activities, milestones, and any concerns. Required Qualifications and Skills: = Proven experience as a nanny or in a relevant childcare role, specifically with toddlers. = Understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices. = Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it immediately. = Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if transportation is required). = Clean background check and professional references.
