About the job
Our 4-year-old has autism and would benefit from smaller after school care. It would be in home from 2 to 5. He is the primary focus as he will need care for the time while we are still working. He is smart and lively, would benefit from someone active but is also self sufficient for many things if not. We also have a 7-year-old with more severe special needs who arrives home at 4:15. My wife works from home and will be present for any questions or issues.
