We have two kids. Our 7-year-old is special needs and we have an almost 3-year-old. Our younger child attends daycare so care provision for her will only be occasional. Our 7-year-old is the one who needs care provision during the summer break and after school hours. The ideal candidate could not only watch them, but also work with them on things like reading and motor skills.
