Nanny Needed While I'm On Maternity Leave With Second Child

Seeking a nanny to care for my 2-year-old son while I'm on maternity leave with my second child. Duties: Diaper changes/ potty training Walks in the stroller when the weather is nice out Feedings (breakfast, lunch and snacks) Playtime Naptime Planning fun activities I need someone who is independent and a self starter. Since I'll be caring for a newborn, I'm looking for a caregiver who will be self sufficient. Pay will be in increased when my newborn is about 2 months old and care will be extended to my daughter. This means I would need a nanny for both my daughter and son. Pay from May to July will be $2K a month. Salary can be negotiated when care is needed for both my daughter and son.
