Part Time Nanny For 8 Month Old

Looking for a nanny to help with my 8-month-old daughter while I work from home. Would love to have someone with a nursing or medical background and must have prior experience with babies. We are looking for someone who will encourage our daughter's development - reading to her, songs/music, motor skills etc. The ideal candidate will be able to feed our daughter (BLW/purees) and help with her food prep as needed. I would also like help with keeping my daughter's play area and room clean as well as helping with her laundry. My daughter loves books, right now she is into pulling up to stand and crawling everywhere, climbing and playing with her toys. My schedule can be flexible so I am open to slightly adjusted hours if needed for the right fit for our family!
