Full Time Nanny/housekeeper Needed For 3 Children In Fairfax (live In Preferred)

I am looking for a great live-in nanny and housekeeper for 3 children in Fairfax. Ideally this person is comfortable with light housekeeping, cooking, running errands, etc during the day when the kids are at school. On regular school days, its a split schedule 6-10ish and 4-8ish. I am a single working mother and I travel for work sometimes. Flexibility is paramount. Occasionally there will also be weekend hours, when I can't be in 2 places at once. My oldest has ADHD, Anxiety and PANDAS, my middle has ADHD, so experience with special needs or mental health is necessary. Would prefer someone who has their own car (but I can provide one), who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has college degree or is pursuing one (great job for a student).
