Dumfries, VA Family Looking For Long Term Nanny For 13 Month Old Daughter

Hi there! My husband and I are looking for a nanny for our 13-month-old daughter. She is vibrant, loves to play and gets along with people. My husband and I work full time from home, so hoping to get someone who is able to lean in and support with our daughter during the work week. Tasks include playing/reading with baby, feeding, putting down for naps, baby laundry, changing diapers, etc. My hope is that the caregiver is kind, understanding and willing to work around our daughter. We are weaning from nursing so some support on offering her other forms of milk after meals would be fantastic. If the caregiver understands sign language, and able to teach baby, it's a definite plus!
