Nanny/House Assistant Needed For 2 Children In Crozet.

My husband recently passed and I am struggling to juggle everything myself. I am seeking a patient, compassionate and flexible person to manage afternoon transportation to and from school and activities for my two children (10 & 12-year-old girls). When you are not on the road, I would love help with light housekeeping (vacuuming, laundry, dishes) and dog walks (2 sweet labradors). I would prefer someone with their own car and will, of course, cover gas/mileage in addition to weekly pay. I would also prefer a nonsmoker and, given the pet care responsibilities, someone who is comfortable with large dogs. My family has been through a lot over the past 8 months so compassion and gentle care are incredibly important.
