Experience with infants (newborn–6 months preferred) • Someone patient, nurturing, and comfortable following our routines • Strong communication skills and willingness to provide updates throughout the day • Someone dependable, punctual, and committed to creating a safe, calm environment • CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Responsibilities: • Feeding, burping, and bottle prep • Diaper changes and maintaining cleanliness of baby areas • Supporting naps and soothing as needed • Engaging in tummy time and early developmental activities • Light baby-related tasks (washing bottles, baby laundry, tidying nursery) Schedule & Details: • Consistent weekly schedule (days and hours can be discussed) • Position is in our home
