Babysitter Needed For 1 Child In Arlington

About the job

I am a stay at home mom at 4, looking for help with my youngest who has special needs. My hands are full with my big kids and the household that I don't have the bandwidth to fully engage with my youngest. He 7 years old and he is non-verbal. He requires one-on-one attention. He very sweet and playful. He enjoys dress up, drawing with driveway chalk, bouncing on the trampoline, etc. He is very physically capable of running, climbing and recently - ice skating! I need someone who can keep up with his energy level. He does use the potty on his own but needs support as a toddler might. I am looking for someone who has a car. This person must also be committed in engaging with my son to support him in staying off screens. I can offer 15-30 hours a week with about 10 of these hours going to supporting me with errands.
