We are looking for a long-term nanny to provide care for our two boys. The position involves carpooling, supervision of after school and camp activities, and light housekeeping only for the boys. The boys are well behaved and enjoy sports and exploring new places so finding a nanny that likes those things as well is important to us. Our nanny should also be someone who really understands the development of children and how to communicate with them in a positive manner.
