Nanny For 3-Year-Old Twins

We are seeking a nanny to care for our 3-year-old twin girls Monday-Thursday. Our ideal nanny will be outgoing, playful, loving, and patient. The girls are preparing for preschool and the ideal candidate will read books, practice identifying letters & other educational activities. We value a lot of verbal engagement and communication with no screen/TV time. The girls love to talk and play, so we would love for someone to give them lots of love and attention. Additionally, we need someone who can tidy their play spaces, make 2 meals per day, help with the girls' light laundry, and wash their dishes after meals. Mom works at home most days, but has frequent meetings. She will be available throughout the day to answer questions and for emergencies.
