We're looking for a long term nanny for our two kids Girl (2. 5) and Boy (6 MO). We both work from home and have flexible schedules so we're around to help out and intervene when things get challenging. We currently have help around 16 hours a week but that is subject to change depending on your needs and our kids requirements.
