Hi! I'm a mostly stay-at-home mom with two boys (9 months and 2 years) and a girl on the way. As our family grows, we're looking for someone who can be an extra set of hands-- a dependable, caring nanny who's also happy to help with household tasks that keep the day running smoothly. Some days will be more focused on the kids, and others might include helping with organization, meal prep, or tidying while I'm with them. We'd love to hire someone now so we can establish a good routine together before our baby arrives in February. Once the baby is here, this person will take the lead with caring for the older kids while I focus on the newborn during the postpartum phase. After that, we'll work together to create a routine that works well for the whole family.
