Full Time Nanny For Our 2.5yo Son: 1yr Commitment & 30+ Hours/week

We are looking for a caregiver for our 2. 5yo son. He is a sweet, energetic, & playful human!! We are looking for someone who can commit to at least one year with us and is available a minimum of 30 hours each week with scheduling flexibility. The schedule is set four weeks at a time and is such that I would need someone three days a week from ~10 a.m. to ~7 p.m. These days could be any day from Monday to Saturday and change week to week. Then another one to two days that could be anywhere from 3+hours (this could include Sundays for our date time but not every week). Changes could occur last minute, but we try really hard to give plenty of notice and work with our caregiver to ensure changes work for everyone! Light household duties; laundry, light cleaning, & meal prep would be required periodically however the focus is our son!
