Morning And Evening Nanny For 3yo Boy

My son and I are just moving from Ohio and looking for a loving nanny to help with before and after preschool. Hours may vary day to day but must be available 6-8 a.m. and 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and Thurs. Ideally I would like someone that can transition to a 4d/week schedule to replace my current nanny as she is pregnant and due in August, or be back up for her if she is not available. Sometimes I have weekend days I would ask for help as I am a physician and have to round at the hospital. I prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping as well, dishes, vacuuming, cleaning up toys. "I" (my son) is energetic and loving, likes to play outside, give hugs and eats most foods but loves pizza and Mac n cheese especially. We have one black cat who is very easy going.
