Nanny For 15YO Special Needs Daughter

Looking for 1-2 nannies for this summer. Position could carry over into the next school year. Our wonderful daughter, has autism and is developmentally delayed. She has trouble communicating her needs all the time and has difficulties with transitions. S splits time between her mom's and dad's houses- one week at each. Looking for somebody with patience, understanding, and the desire to go outside to the playground, hiking, aquarium etc for the summer. Bonus points if you have a background in special education, speech therapy, or have had behavioral management training.
