We are looking for an extension to our family, and a reliable, energetic caregiver who enjoys engaging our kids in screen-free activities, especially outdoors! Days and times can flex, but weekdays would need to be mornings. Weekend can be every other, vs weekly, if needed. Happy to discuss a "retainer" approach if interested (set number of hours per month then allocate those hours monthly depending on schedules)..... need someone who is available to travel with us, and willing to stay overnight with all kids..... we are hoping can be with us long term and establish a strong relationship with us and our kids. Weekdays will typically be with baby only, and weekends with all 3 kids. Light housekeeping required (dishes, food prep, etc) need to have reliable transportation. We are not interested in someone who brings other children along.
