Part Time Nanny And Housekeeper

I'm looking to hire someone who is willing and able to do a mix of household tasks along with caring for my daughters (10 and 8 years old). I have them on a week on week off schedule that sometimes varies. On school days the weeks they are home, you will be asked to pick them up from school, hold them to their afterschool routine (snack, homework, chores), and occasionally take them on activities outside the house and/or transport them to activities or a friend's house. You will also make and/or prep dinner. When they are home and not in school, you will be holding them to any chores or tasks that are required of them, and take them on an activity outside the house. On weeks they are away, you will be completing a scheduled household task list that will include cleaning, laundry, grocery list, grocery pickup, and possibly other errands. I want someone who is willing to occasionally do other random tasks as needed (for instance, help with Christmas shopping or wrapping presents, getting the mail, dropping off a shipment to FedEx, etc). I also have a dog, so someone willing to take her on a walk, grooming her or taking her to a grooming appointment, and generally good with animals is a plus. I mostly work from a home office currently, but plan to shift to working at an office off site eventually. I am a business owner with a demanding job (20+ employees and rapidly growing). The girls have the typical interests of kids their age. They like playing Roblox and playing with friends. They both like dance, and are into skincare and makeup. The biggest values I am focused on with them is to have structure, routines, and discipline. They need someone to help them stay on structure and someone who can help them be more active. I'm looking for someone who is engaging and good with kids. They need someone who they look up to and respect, but also someone who is friendly and kind. Maybe like a favorite older cousin vibe. You will need your own transportation and there is plenty of space to park. We have a 5-year-old Pomsky (Pomeranian/husky mix). She is very friendly and active at times, but also mostly lays around the house all day.
