We're looking for a warm, dependable childcare professional to help grow our home-based daycare in Cedar Hills. This role starts part-time with the potential to transition to full-time as enrollment increases, with opportunities to earn more as the business grows. Responsibilities: *Care for children ages 2-5 in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. *Lead activities (play, crafts, story time, outdoor time). *Greet and tour parents who are interested in enrolling. *Keep the space clean and organized. *Support daily routines and communicate with families as needed. Requirements: *Experience working with children. *Confident, reliable, and personable. *CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain). Schedule: Part-time to start, with room to grow.
