Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Orem

I am currently helping my friend at her medical aesthetics clinic in Orem. So the hours are a little strange. Monday from 1pm-4 p.m. Wed & Friday from 8am-noon. We have a preschool aged son who is very sensitive and sweet. We also have a 1-year-old daughter who is happy and curious. We are looking for someone who is extremely transparent and honest with how they care for the kids, what happens during the time together, and uses common sense to keep the kids safe. We do not use screen time unless kids aren't feeling well or the weather is bad. We do not use physical discipline or harsh tones/raised voices with the kids. We prefer to get on their level and communicate expectations and consequences calmly, concisely, and clearly--and follow through! The kids are wonderful and pretty easy going.
