Part-Time Nanny Needed

We are a young family with 4 sweet kids under 7 yrs. I am a full time stay at home mom. I graduated in speech therapy and enjoy homeschooling my kids. I am looking for a nanny to give me few hours each week to clock out and recharge outside the home. We are flexible, but I am currently thinking 3 days a week for 2-3hrs. We are looking for someone who is calm, confident, and comfortable managing multiple kids at once. We prioritize outdoor time, activities over screens, and creating a home with wholesome values. We would love to connect with a self-starter that also wouldn't mind stepping in to help with light household cleaning if needed. Our kids are our greatest joy and most important investment. Overall my goal as a mother is to find a helper that I can trust is safe, kind, and uplifting for them. Hope we can be a good fit!
