Organized, Kind And Responsible Nanny

I am looking for a nanny who is responsible, organized, energetic, creative & will play with the kids. Responsibilities will be picking up the kids from school, driving them to activities, helping with homework, music practice, keeping schedules very organized, keeping the house organized, housekeeping duties (dishes, clean up, organization and A LOT of laundry!). During the school year (Aug-May), kids schedules go from 2:45 to 5:30 or so, but I can use extra help in the daytime as well, It is important for this person to be very organized and keep the house organized each day. Roughly 25-30 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours during the summertime. The kids have ski team from January-April and caregiver MUST have a reliable 4 wheel drive vehicle. Hourly employment, PTO (5 days per year), car mileage reimbursement.
