Looking For A Long-Term Babysitter To Grow With Our Family

Our needs didn't quite fit into the preset options on this platform, so here's a bit more context. We're looking for a babysitter who's interested in helping on occasional evenings, roughly once every 2-3 weeks, plus a few additional days here and there each month. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with someone we trust, who can grow with our family and eventually help with overnight care for our child (and future children). Our child is 13 months old, and we have two friendly doodles at home. Our dates and schedules will fluctuate, so we're hoping to find someone who's flexible and enjoys a bit of variety.
