About the job

We have an 18-month-old and I am currently expecting. Our 18-month-old currently naps once a day in the afternoon. We are looking for someone who is capable of taking care of him while he is awake, looking for someone who is very nurturing and loving towards him. Then also while he is sleeping doing housework and personal assistant work, etc. My husband and I work from home so looking for someone who is comfortable when we are around but understands that we are working. Preferably looking for someone who has past nanny experience and feels comfortable with a newborn and will be 2-year-old in 2026. We are specifically looking for someone who can balance being very nurturing and loving but also someone who has attention to detail.
