Looking For Nanny For Our 2 Wonderful Boys

We are a family of 4 with two boys 1. 5 and 3. 5-year-old and looking for a full time loving energetic nanny to our family. We are requesting all duties that come with taking care of child including meal prep/cooking healthy simple meal for kids. For family related duties light tidying, dish washer loading/unloading and running/folding family laundry. Looking for a dependable person who takes initiative in the child's emotional growth/development by planning activities/outings. We do prefer a minimum 2-5-year experience proven with professional employer reference (not friends/family). Nanny will be paid on payroll W2(required). Pay range given with minimum 25hrs/week guaranteed even when family on vacations, average 40-43hr/week. Potential to make more with weekends. We are looking for someone who is committed long term.
