Recurring Job/nanny To Former Orphans Who Have Special Needs On Ranch In Texas

We are a Christian large adoptive family in Wimberley (we've adopted 9 children from around the world). We live on a beautiful ranch and have 3 children who still live at home with us who require daily help of caregivers. I (Mom) have a rare blood cancer that causes chronic fatigue, so we have a team of caregivers who help us 7 days/week. With the last day of school being May 23, we will have the kids home for the summer. Those shifts are 7AM-8 p.m. (3 shifts/week). We have a pool, playground, golf cart, fishing pond, horses, cows, pigs, dogs, and cats. Applicants should have special needs experience (ABA principles/RBT's are a great fit for us!). We desire a caregiver who works well with others, follows directions, is detail-oriented, is clean/neat/tidy, desires a long-term commitment, and who truly enjoys children of all abilities.
