We want her watched at our home. Meal prep, pick up after her, actively spend time with her, take her outside when weather permits +baths and routines What we don't want: just a warm body doing bare minimum and being on phone all the time with passive attentiveness even when she is having a melt down etc. We do not want to be glued to our cameras while we are entrusting her with you in order to prompt you/remind you to do one thing after another.
