My oldest son will be about 18 months. He is a sweet boy. He takes very good naps. Very loving. Our next baby is due around end of June, very beginning of July. When I go back to work, I will be working 8-5. So I will need someone from 745-510ish. I am thinking while I am on maternity leave, I could have someone help me care for the kids and with housework and spend that time getting to know the kids with me so everyone is ready and comfortable for when I go back to work.
