Overnight Nanny Needed For Tech Exec

Hi! I'm the only parent to an almost 5-year-old boy ("J") needing a recurring nanny to help balance childcare with my technology exec work schedule. We're a cool family of 2. J will start pre-k in August but we need: (1) In-home overnight care (+ school drop off/pick up) when I travel 2-3x per month; (2) back up care when school is canceled or J is unable to attend. And (3) ad hoc care as unexpected things come up! J is very math/science/engineering oriented. He likes building things and taking them apart. Reading instructions and figuring out how things work. He loves being outdoors, walking to the park or riding his four wheeler. He'll go on any adventure and is keen on surprises! While on duty, our nanny will have access to the Internet, our pool, and their own private/detached living space when overnights are required.
