I am looking for someone to take my 3-year-olds attention off of class with her older siblings. Shes in a stage where she needs constant stimulation and is learning so much, however, I am only one person. I would prefer her being taken outside or to an event. If it is paid, I will make sure you and her are covered. No need to do any teaching outside of what she inquires about, as we believe children learn better that way. Sometimes I may ask for more of a helper, but this is ideally a long term arrangement.
