Our family needs a regular go-to babysitter who can do the night or weekend, twice a month. Because my husband and I have not been on a date in a long time My boys are 7 years fraternal old twins. Although they are twins, they are very different. One is all about media like tv, tablet and gaming. You can keep him busy with these things but he can get over stimulated and become grumpy. So it's good to limit his media time and get him involved in an activity. My other son is more hands on and enjoys building things and solving puzzles. His favorites are hot wheels, Legos and RC cars. Getting him to eat a meal is a challenge so it's important to provide him with healthy snacks We have a flexible schedule, we are trying to squeeze in the accessional date either in the evening or weekends.
