Seeking Help With 14 Month Old - Flexibility Available

Looking for help with our 14-month-old while we work. I work from home currently to watch our baby, but need to go to office more often . mom has to go to office sometimes, sometimes works home, and travels. Schedule can vary and change based on travel dates since those will be days we might be looking for more help. Flexible on availability since we are still trying to figure out days and times that will really prove to be most beneficial over the long run. Looking to build trust with someone for long term help, nervous but we need it! Fun activities, keeping entertained, reading books, feedings, snacks Patience, kindness, passion for kids. We have a 6-year-old but she'll be at school and we will pick up. Driveway, free parking Small Shih Tzu, totally calm and sleeps most of the day, indoor dog, very clean.
