About Us - We are a warm, calm household and open communication and nurturing routines. I (mother) work from home (full time). We have a cat. Looking for full time care starting 1/15/2025 Key Responsibilities - Infant Care (primary focus) - Follow consistent feeding and nap schedules (formula or breastmilk handling) - Prepare bottles, sanitize bottles and pump parts, maintain feeding supplies - Diaper changes, bathing, dressing - Support age-appropriate developmental activities (tummy time, sensory play, reading, songs, stroller walks) - Monitor milestones and communicate observations - Maintain a clean, safe environment for the baby - Adhere to safe sleep guidelines (back to sleep, crib only) - Household Tasks Related to the Baby (laundry, running bottle washer and dishes related to baby, tidy up nursery, light meal prep for baby)
