We are a busy two-career couple looking for a part-time nanny for our 8mo old. The position would involve some daycare pickups and spending the afternoon with her, an occasional date night. Ideally, there would be enough flexibility to provide additional childcare on weeks we're busier, or when daycare is closed. We are offering 4 weeks paid time off- when we are on vacation, we will still pay you even though you wouldn't work during those weeks. We are also offering mileage reimbursement. We are flexible and can work with you to put together a schedule that works on both ends, but are offering a guaranteed 15hr of payment per week, even if we don't need that much help.
