About the job

I am starting my job. My hours are from 6-6 either on day shift or night shift. The shifts change every three months. My son attends school from 8-3:30 mon-fri. He is enrolled in a before and after school care program. Before school that opens at 6 a.m. and closes at 6:30 p.m. I need help in the morning since my drive is a little less than an hour to work, I don't want to have to have my son wake up that early. And again since I don't get off till 6 p.m. and have a little less than an hour to drive won't know that I would get back in time to pick him up. He has been wanting to play sports but we have not been able to get on a schedule. I am military as well.
